1 - ORDER INFORMATIONA-) When the order is accepted, you must provide all relevant information (reference image).B-) The character(s) provided for the order must belong to you, or you must have permission to use them.2 - ORDER PROGRESS (WIP)A-) Order progress is restricted. Once the work has started, a WIP will be sent to you for confirmation. At this stage, you can request modifications or make remarks about certain points in order to prepare the final version. If the sketch is approved, a drawing will be sent to you, this time as the final version.B-) If your order contains many elements/complex elements, more detailed progress tracking will be done (WIP, color, line art...).3 - RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORKA-) All rights to the artworks belong to me (Kuro). This means that you are forbidden from reproducing the drawings for commercial purposes. The commission is for PERSONAL USE only.B-) If the final purpose of the commission is for commercial use, a discussion will be held between the client and the artist.C-) You are not authorized to significantly modify the artwork or use the image as a direct reference unless explicit permission has been given by the artist.D-) You are not authorized to use the artworks for any kind of AI generation, this includes: AI modification, AI animation, AI model training... If this kind of practice is discovered, the person will be blacklisted and blocked, and the artwork will be taken down.4 - REFUND POLICYA-) A refund is always possible if the creation of the artwork is not significant. If you change your mind about the commission, you can request a refund; however, if the work has already started, fees will be deducted depending on the progress.B-) It is not possible to request a refund at the end of a commission.C-) If I decide to cancel a commission for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be possible.D-) I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission, regardless of the circumstances related to the commission or the client.
